Mental Training with Dawn Grant:
learn how to: work with your mind in preparation for the station, for implementation of Instructor’s coaching, and for successful mindset
We all want to be at the top of our game!
Shooting Competitions are a great way to see your strengths and weaknesses….
This opportunity is scheduled the afternoon
following our 100 NSCA Competition for a reason
It’s often only a compilation of small issues that hold you back from
being at your best ‘in the moment when it counts’
Those small issues can cost you
as much as 30% of your score on a 100 Target Shoot!
Just one or two lost targets on each of a 14 station course
… that’s a lot of lost targets!
This opportunity is unique – it directly addresses the THREE most SIGNIFICANT
obstacles in achieving your best scores at a Competition:
1: You’re either missing the Targets at the start of the station
because you haven’t read the targets right OR
2: You’re missing the targets at the end of a station
because your mind is interfering and it shouldn’t be
3: You blank a station through the mind taking over AND misreading targets!
Overcoming these THREE obstacles is a real-time game changer.
This is an exceptional new training opportunity to overcome these problems on Saturday March 30th
Maximum number of places available is 6
Opportunity Includes:
50 Sporting Clays shot in a mock Competition Environment (ammo excluded)
Target Reading Assessment & Instruction during the Mock Competition
Mental Training Observations during Mock Competition
Followed by
Mental Training Assessment and Coaching session
Drinks and Refreshments throughout
Two Golf Carts included during the Mock Competition
Introductory Cost Per Person is $79.95
Each Shooter Will Be Required To Sign A Liability Waiver.
Amelia Shotgun Sports Spotlights One Local Charity A Month.
(even though this NSCA event spotlights a charity…. it will have competitive level targets)
