CHARITY SHOOT – CUSTOM PACKAGE

**Completing this form doesn’t guarantee your desired date with us. Outside food must be approved by Amelia Shotgun Sports prior to event. If we are providing your meal, final head count for food is required via email 7 days prior to event. A minimum of 2 safety instructors/target pullers are required at your event for $150 each. Additional safety instructors/target pullers may be required depending on your group size and level of experience. A group organization fee of $100 will be added to the total. 20% gratuity, calculated from subtotal, is automatically added (NOT taxed). If charity shoot occurs before or after our normal business hours, you will be charge $100 per hour.**
